Iqbal’s Concept Of Jihad: In The View Of Saleem Ahmed

Abstract

Salim Ahmed is considered one of the important critics of Urdu. He not  only introduced new ideas to Urdu criticism but also raised objections to Iqbal'spoetry and thoughts from various perspectives. In the article under consideration, Iqbal's Concept of Jihad, he has raised objections to Iqbal's thoughts, stating that Iqbal opposes reason in his poetry while supporting it in his book reconstruction of religious thought in Islam. This isn’t true about Iqbal’s thought. This article is critical analysis of Salim Ahmad views about Iqbal.
